STATE OF THE UNION - DEMOCRATS LOST THE HEARTS OF AMERICANS

Couple of days ago I wrote that no matter what Democrats will never acknowledge that Trump has done anything good or that any of his policies are sound. We didn't have to wait long for confirmation. Take the casus of DJ Daniel, African-American boy who survived cancer, and who was acknowledged during the State of the Union speech by President Trump. To reward his fight and raise his spirit, he was dressed in a police uniform and was handed an I.D. of an honorary Secret Service agent, bearing his own name. That Democrats never stood to applaud President Trump, I can understand, although I do not approve of it, but that they remained sitting when this child, survivor of the battle with cancer was being applauded, I cannot just shake it off with my shoulders. Neither can the Americans, for Democrats lost the right to call themselves champions of the underdog, and when they accuse the President of lacking empathy, in fact they are not showing any surplus of it themselves. They have a right to show disapproving of the President props, not to clap and behave like the gentleman from Texas, who was walked out of the chamber by the sergeants, but they were badly mistaken in not raising their butts from their seats to honor the brave boy surviving the battle with cancer, or the families whose daughters were murdered by immigrants who illegally crossed the southern border during Biden's open border era. Democrats call themselves, and their policies, humane. If that is true, now I understand why my religion tells me that to be human is not enough, you have to have God in your heart and to follow his commandments.

DEMOCRATS WILL NEVER APPRECIATE ANY OF TRUMP'S POLICIES

Since 2016 presidential elections, when Trump made Democrats and all the progressive media pundits look stupid and ridiculous, in their collective prognosis of a secure win for Hillary Clinton, they will never forgive him; no matter what good, if anything at all, Trump does for America or the world, it will be attacked by Democrats and the progressive media. We all have seen it throughout the first presidency of Trump, then, since the man promised to run again, he was not left alone but various measures were undertaken, including selective prosecution and creative criminal charges, to stop him from ever running again, or at least to make him a criminal in the eyes of the Americans. Since the Democrats and their helpers in the media failed, for the Americans in their majority are good people and can tell apart the true from the phony, Democrats were crashed after Trump's win and have now major problems on the road to their collective recovery. Yet, they continue with their tactics of attacking everything Trump's cabinet does for they will never stomach any success, or a chance of it, to be associated with the name of the man who made all of them look ridiculous.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH WANTING TO KNOW HOW OUR GOVERNMENT SPENDS TAXPAYERS' MONEY

In Senate floor remarks, Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana defended D.O.G.E. by calling out several governmental programs and slammed a not-for-profit organization employing Stacey Abrams, a well- known Democrat of Georgia. In 2022 President Biden passed Inflation Reduction Act, which in reality had nothing to do with reduction of inflation. The case of a $2 billion grant to Stacey Abrams not-for-profit organization is one of the most telling examples of where the money went from the funds appropriated under the Inflation Reduction Act. Ms, Abrams went to work, in March, 2023, as senior counsel, for Rewiring America, a not-for-profit organization. In that year, in a form filed with the IRS, she told the IRS that Rewiring America was just started in that year. The only accomplishment listed in the form was joining the coalition of organizations seeking grants from Biden's Inflation Reduction Act. All those organizations were to form Power Forward Communities, another not-for-profit organization. According to its filing, Power Forward had only $100 of revenues in 2023. Yet, it had the audacity to ask the U.S. government for $2 billion grant "to expand access to clean energy by prioritizing housing, equity and resilience". It wanted to help people install energy efficient upgrades in people's houses. How did they qualify to receive the $2billion grant with no experience and $100 of revenues? Yet, in 2024, President Biden and his EPA announced the $2billion grant to Power Forward, of which Abrams'  Rewiring America was to receive a check for $49O million. President Biden and his EPA directed Power Forward to distribute the money within 21 days, but it directed them also to take a course (how to develop a budget) in 90 days. Go and figure it all ...The current EPA, under Lee Zeldin, has announced that he will attempt to call back the money, or whatever was left of it. Let us hope, that the circumstances of this $2billion grant will be investigated and explained fully to the taxpayers. In the meantime, how dare you, Democrats, to oppose D.O.G.E.?

JAMES CARVILLE IN NEW YORK TIMES: DEMOCRATS, ROLL OVER AND PLAY DEAD

Exciting times we have now, with Trump disrupting the established order. The Democrats, in their inability to catch up with the Trump's runaway train, are hilarious. Here is James Carville's quote from yesterday's opinion piece published by The New York Times: "With no clear leader to voice our opposition and no control in any branch of government it's time for Democrats to embark on the most daring political maneuver in the history of our party: roll over and play dead."

IN DANIEL PENNY TRIAL DEFEAT, D.A. BRAGG OVERPLAYED HIS HAND

Daniel Penny's trial threw New Yorkers back into the era of Ed Koch's unsafe subways, epitomized by Bernard Getz's trial and his acquittal, except for the illegal possession of a weapon charge. It was a time of subways not only covered with graffiti but ridden with crime. Daniel Penny trial was started before the last presidential elections, precisely on October 21, 2024, when Donald J. Trump and the republicans were busy in exposing the crimes and violent attacks in the New York City subway system, whereas the democrats were responding with claims of violent treatment of African-Americans by the police officers. When the trial ended on December 9, 2024, with jury acquittal of Daniel Penny of the remaining charge of negligent homicide, Donald J. Trump was already elected to his second term of the U.S. presidency. I have watched pretty much the whole trial in Judge Maxwell's courtroom on 15th Floor at 100 Centre Street in Manhattan, starting from the selection of the jury until the closing statements. It is obvious that the trial never should have been brought and that it was initiated by Manhattan D.A. Bragg for political reasons. When the jury got hanged on the reckless homicide charge, the more serious one of the two charges, Dafna Yoran, the lead prosecutor, apparently with approval of her boss, D.A. Bragg, overplayed her hand by withdrawing it, to let the jury proceed with deliberations on the remaining charge of negligent homicide. Surprisingly to her, and to almost all the pundits, the jury acquitted Daniel Penny of the remaining lesser charge. Now, Bragg was precluded from retrying the reckless homicide charge. Although the family and BLM holdouts were shocked, the majority of the courtroom as well as the public greeted the acquittal with relief, for they were afraid that guilty verdict would pour cold water on any people trying to act as Good Samaritan to straphangers attacked in the subways. Whereas Daniel Penny legal team was professional throughout the trial, the D.A. team attempted to play racist card with the jury, however, to no avail. Ultimately D.A. Bragg was punished by the jury for proceeding against Good Samaritan protecting the fellow straphangers. It was obviously a tragedy, the death of Jordan Neely, but the guilty is the City and the State of New York in not being able to protect mentally ill people.

I SAY YES TO SECURED BORDER AND DEPORTATIONS OF CRIMINALS AND UNVETTED IMMIGRANTS

No nation can afford to allow masses of unvetted immigrants to cross their borders unchecked. Trump has succeeded in securing the borders already, without necessity of any new legislation from the U.S. Congress, and he has shown that the democrats' claims, during the last election campaign - that the border cannot be secured, without passing the Lankford Bill - were false, made just for political reasons. However, let us hope, that after the initial period of Trump's presidency, reason would guide the immigration policy and that the U.S. Congress would consider the fate of those who entered the United States legally more than 5 or10 years ago, work here and pay their taxes, while staying away from vice and crime. I predict that the U.S. economy under Trump would surge and that eventually many new jobs would be created, and in order to sustain the economic growth, immigrants, who perform jobs unwanted by the Americans would be needed in order to sustain the economic growth.

MERIT IS BACK, D.E.I. TAKES A SABBATICAL

When the Solidarity movement in Poland won the first free elections behind the Iron Curtain, and then the Berlin Wall collapsed, it felt so unreal. The same feeling I have now when Trump's crew started to remove the ridiculous and artificial D.E.I. rules from the public space. Going a year or two back, I doubted that I ever see the common sense and merit would make a way back to hiring processes for the positions in government. Yet, the D.E.I.'s racist rules are being decisively crushed and removed from public space, and the merit and common sense finds a way back. D.E.I is dead, long live merit and common sense!
