THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS ALMOST ABSOLUTE POWER OVER THE IMMIGRATION

The Supreme Court held in the past that the First Amendment applies to noncitizens in the United States when it comes to criminal and civil penalties, and the noncitizens have the same protections as citizens of the United States. However, those protections do not necessarily apply to deportations. The federal government has nearly absolute power over the immigration, including the ability to deport noncitizens; the executive branch gets to decide who can enter the United States and who can stay in the country. In 1952 the Supreme Court held that the government could have deport members of communist party without violating the First Amendment. The government recently often cited 1952 statute allowing them to deport noncitizens for view that hamper U.S. foreign policy, even speech was enough to justify deportation. However, the due process rights still apply to the noncitizens.

The Supreme Court did not address the issue of free speech as basis for deportation since the Red Scare of 1940s and 50s, whereas lower courts have been divided. Since the Trump's administration is challenged in application of their aggressive approach, it seems unavoidable that the Supreme Court eventually will have to address the issue. My bet is that the Trump administration will prevail for, as I stated above, the executive branch has almost absolute power over immigration.

TRUMP DELIVERS ON ALL FRONTS, AS PER HIS ELECTION PROMISES

It seems that tariffs, or threat of them, works as South Korea announced their investments in the U.S. economy. South Korean company just announced their intentions to open factories in the U.S., to avoid payment of the newly announced by President Trump tariffs; Hyundai announced $21 billion investment; it will construct in Louisiana a next-generation steel plant which will employ 1400 workers and also it will open two electric car factories, which will use the steel produced by the Louisiana factory.. It is obvious that Trump delivers on another front: he is bringing the jobs back to the American workers. Another of his election promises fulfilled. I do not remember any American president who would deliver so many of his election promises in such a short period of time. The Democrats, continue to look for diversions, in order to derail Trump administration. Suddenly, they discovered national security with the Signal affair, which brought no casualties as the American strikes on Houthis in Yemen were successful. Where were they when national security of the United States was truly impaired by Biden and his open border policy? How many terrorists, criminals and spies came in through the open border? How many thousands of Americans died because of smuggled in fentanyl? What about Afghanistan evacuation fiasco with 13 U.S. soldiers dead? What about allowing the Chinese spy balloon to fly over the United States while transmitting data to China? Where were the Democrats and holier than the pope mainstream medias then? What did they do when New York Post reported on Hunter Biden laptop on October 2020, right before 2020 presidential elections? They acclaimed it as Russian hoax instead of having it investigated, just to allow Biden to win the elections. Yet the same laptop has been admitted as evidence in 2024 by a U.S. federal judge.

TRUMP CHAMPIONED BY BLUE COLLAR WORKERS, DEMOCRATS BY THE ELITES

Democrats rave about Trump and supporting him oligarch billionaires, yet they conveniently omit to say that in fact the majority of the billionaires supported Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential elections. Pursuant to online Forbes edition of October 30, 2024, 83 billionaires supported Harris and 52 were backing Trump in the presidential elections of 2024. In fact, Trump and Republicans, with their ideals of tariffs and bringing manufacturing back to America, were championed by blue color workers, whereas the Democrats and their presidential candidate, with their condescending air of knowing it better, and always telling voters what to do and how to vote, became the party of the elites. Lost in their "wokism" before the elections, now suddenly the Democrats are rediscovering the mantra of "it's the economy, stupid". Too late, they had four wasted years of Biden presidency to prove they are capable in this area. The voters preferred Trump with his tariffs and lower taxes for the rich and corporations, as the latter have incentives to reinvest their tax savings in the American economy, which can only grow under Trump.

NEW YORK TIMES RIPPED FOR A FALSE ELON MUSK STORY

New York Times has been ripped by Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell for running a story claiming that Elon Musk was today to be briefed by Pentagon on the U.S. military top secret plans for a possible war with China. Sean Parnell stated on Fox: "This is egregious. This is fake. The New York Times should retract this story." Go and figure the New York Times. Anything to destroy Trump's administration!

MICHELLE OBAMA IS NOT RUNNING FOR THE PRESIDENCY, DEMOCRATS STILL LEADERLESS

Since Michelle Obama excluded the possibility of running for the office of the President of the United States, Democrats remain still leaderless and clueless. Chuck Schumer has received tremendous beating for allowing Republicans to win on the spending bill and now is fighting for political survival, or at least to stay the democratic minority leader in the U.S. Senate. Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, tries to gain in popularity by hosting a podcast, but the shape in which California finds itself under his governorship is pretty bad, so the future does not look too rosy for him. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is obviously too progressive for Americans to establish herself as a serious contender for not only the presidency, but also for the leadership of the Democratic Party. It seems that J.D. Vance will have no serious opponent in 2028 presidential elections. And he is a truly great candidate, being a tremendous debater, not afraid of any of the possible democratic opponent, or a liberal media pundit.

JIMMY KIMMEL IS NOT FUNNY, HE NEVER WAS

Jimmy Kimmel taking lightly vandalizing of Tesla vehicles is not only idiotic, but dangerous. We all were laughing at him when he suffered during the last presidential elections, and after Trump won, to poor Jimmy's poor chagrin, but now we do not laugh any longer. Please somebody tell him to shut up!

ASTRONAUTS BROUGHT BACK TO EARTH BY ELON MUSK'S SPACEX

Astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore are back on Earth. They were launched into space as Boeing's Starliner first crew in June, 2024 and were supposed to come back from International Space Station in 8 days. But issues with Starliner's propulsion system led ultimately to a decision to leave them as part of the crew of ISS. Apparently, Elon Musk claims that on or about September, 2024, he offered to bring Williams and Willmore back to Earth on SpaceX, yet administration of Joe Biden preferred to keep the astronauts on ISS than to use help of Elon Musk, supporting Donald Trump in 2024 elections. Before the trip back, Butch Willmore thanked President Trump for bringing them finally back to Earth. Yet, Musk's Tesla cars and loading stations are still being attacked and burned, whereas the man himself gets death threats, pursuant to various news reports. Thank you, Elon Musk for successful splashdown.
